Return and Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused & unopened , and in its original packaging. You also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We will not be able to accept returns if the product has been used or damaged.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. you are responsible for shipping the package back for a refund. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

You will receive a refund for the cost of the product. However please note that the cost of shipping will not be refunded (where applicable), as we would have already paid this to the courier to get the products to you in the first place. You will also be responsible for the cost of return shipping. The cost of return shipping will vary on the location.

To clarify the refund you will receive will be the total money paid, less initial shipping cost.

Exceptions/non-refundable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The latest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
